Stephen Uppal is leaving 'Hollyoaks'.
The actor - who has played bisexual hunk Ravi Roy in the Channel 4 soap for two years - is set to leave the village later this autumn.
The 'Hollyoaks' website revealed: "We can officially confirm that Stephen Uppal (Ravi Roy) is to up sticks and leave Hollyoaks village later this year. After two years on the show Stephen will be moving on to pastures new. His last scenes will be shown in November."
Details of his departure are not yet known, but Ravi has been involved in his several scandals since he first moved into the village with his family.
He was caught in a bisexual love triangle with Kris Fisher (Gerard McCarthy) and Nancy Hayton (Jessica Fox), subjected to racist attacks, and fell ill with a potentially fatal brain aneurysm.
Stephen and his adopted sister Anita Roy (Saira Choudhry) are the last remaining members of the family in the show, after their soap parents Govinda and Bel Roy (Anthony Bunsee and Nila Aalia) and brother Ash Roy (Junade Khan) moved away last year.
