Hannah Goodeve: no BNTM regret
Hannah Goodeve has no regrets about quitting 'Britain's Next Top Model' as she says modelling was never a dream career for her.
Hannah Goodeve has no regrets about quitting 'Britain's Next Top Model'.
The 22-year-old beauty dramatically pulled out of Monday night's (12.07.10) show just before host Elle Macpherson was about to reveal the next casualty, and while a modelling career may be most young girl's dreams, Hannah insists it wasn't for her.
She told BANG Showbiz: "I can't really say modelling was my dream - I entered the show for a bit of a laugh really, so I probably never really had the same ambition as the other girls. As time went on I just knew this wasn't for me, I wasn't enjoying it or being able to make the most of it, so I felt it would be the best thing all round if I stood down."
However, Hannah - who is now planning to go to Vietnam to teach English - says her time on the show wasn't all bad as she really enjoyed the company of the other contestants and was honoured to meet legendary supermodel Elle.
She said: "I got on with all the other girls and it was nice bonding with some of them. And working with Elle was great. She was really helpful and very supportive when I made my decision, as she told me she wasn't always comfortable in front of the camera, although that's hard to believe when you look at her. I can't believe she's 47 and has had two children - she looks amazing!"
