Diana Vickers back for X?
'Boy Who Murdered Love' singer Diana Vickers admits she would love to return to 'The X Factor' - the show which made her famous - and appear as a guest mentor during this year's series
Diana Vickers wants to return to 'The X Factor'.
The 'Boy Who Murdered Love' singer would love to go back to the show on which made her famous in 2008, as a guest mentor on this year's series.
She told BANG Showbiz: "In terms of now, I'm not an 'X Factor' contestant, I'm my own artist and I want to kind of be pulled away and be my own artist instead of being an ex-'X Factor' contestant. I just want to be known as Diana now.
"But I'd love to perform and go back. I get butterflies just thinking about it. To go back and be in a totally different position - and not be judged, although I'd still think I was. I could help this year's hopefuls."
The 18-year-old star also revealed she is excited about her upcoming support slot for boy band JLS - who also rose to fame 'The X Factor'.
She added: "I'm well excited. Because I know the crowds will just be insane. They're just crazy people because their fans are just so obsessed with them. They have worked so hard for it. I'm very, very proud of them."
Diana's new single 'The Boy Who Murdered Love' is available to download on July 19.
