Final 14 aim to be Next Top Model
The final 14 contestants for series six of 'Britain's Next Top Model' have been chosen by Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson and her panel of judges
The contestants for the new series of 'Britain's Next Top Model' have been whittled down to just 14.
Judges supermodel Elle Macpherson - who is also known as 'The Body' for her trim physique - clothing designer Julien MacDonald, male model Charley Speed and Grace Woodward chose the final girls out of the original 25.
While plus-size model Simone Clarke wasn't lucky enough to make the last 14 of the reality TVn show, Elle lookalike Charlotte Holmes made the cut after being praised by the Australian beauty for her "fantastic body".
She said: "Absolutely gorgeous surfer chick with an all-American look, fantastic body and personality."
Iconic designer Julien recently revealed it was Elle who persuaded him to join the judging panel on the hit show, which has seen success on both sides of the Atlantic.
He said: "Elle ups the ante. She's 47 with the body of an 18 year old. She looks incredible. She's so inspiring. She doesn't have a stylist but she dresses like the most glamorous rock star's wife. She never touches junk food and only snacks on dry fruit. Every time I see her I'm like, 'Oh my God! What's that gorgeous smell? Where's that jewelry from?' If I was a woman, I wouldn't mind being Elle.
"Elle Macpherson is the executive producer and hand-selected the models herself, so when I got the call from her, I knew it was serious. Elle only ever gives 100 per cent."
