Caoimhe has blasted John James for being "patronising" and living in a "fantasy world".
The Irish beauty has told squatter Shabby she finds their Australian housemate's ways irritating, and often feels uncomfortable around him.
She said: "I don't like cockiness. Nathan's cocky.
"I love him to bits, but at 25 he patronises people his own age or older ... by trying that 'darling' and 'love' shit."
Shabby added: "He wants to be seen as a good guy ... and is living in this fantasy world. I want to believe that's who he actually is."
Caoimhe replied: "What bugs me is this is a communal kitchen. I can't go in there if he's cooking. I actually feel uncomfortable."
The pair went on to discuss their bisexual housemate Corin, who they claim is too "positive".
Shabby explained: "I can't respond to when Corin says 'babe' every morning.
"It's weird how people with positive outlooks p**s me off. I can't understand how people can be that jolly 24/7. It's not possible."
Meanwhile, it has been reported that housemates from previous series will be paid just £30 per day to star in the 'Ultimate Champion' series - which is due to begin when the current series ends.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The producers know how keen some of the ex-housemates are to go back on TV. Some of them will do it for peanuts. It's not about the money for them, it's about being in the limelight again."
Previous contestants Nikki Grahame, Brian Belo and Mikey Hughes are apparently interested in reappearing in the show.
