Kirsty Gallacher finds it difficult to find the time to look after herself.
The television presenter - who has children Oscar, four, and Jude, five months, with fiance Paul Sampson - admitted being a busy mother has made her even more conscious about her health than she was before she first gave birth in 2006.
She said: "Being a mum of two young children has affected the amount of time I can dedicate to looking after myself, but I do try hard to maintain it whenever I can.
"And of course, running after two kids keeps me fit! I'm even more conscious about keeping healthy now that I'm a mum."
The sporty star revealed she was so keen to stay in shape while she was pregnant that she exercised even when suffering from morning sickness.
Kirsty, 34, explained to BANG Showbiz: "Even when I was suffering from morning sickness during my pregnancies I would make sure I went for walks to get some fresh air and exercise."
However, although the brunette beauty said getting married next month is an incentive to look good, keeping healthy isn't about vanity.
She stated: "Keeping fit and healthy isn't really about vanity for me but it does give me the confidence to stand in front of the camera.
"Having a baby recently and planning for my wedding next month has been an extra incentive to get back into shape, but I'd have done it anyway because I enjoy feeling good about myself."
Kirsty is launching the Bupa Centre West End - a flagship centre for health and wellbeing. The Bupa Centre offers a range of health assessments and cosmetic treatments. Visit www.bupa.co.uk/westend for more information.
