Davina McCall wants life after BB
Davina McCall is excited at the prospect of having a life again once 'Big Brother' finishes this summer, but the television presenter is concerned friends may forget to invite her to events
Davina McCall is looking forward to having a life again once Big Brother comes to an end this summer.
The 42-year-old television presenter - who has fronted the reality show since it began in 2000 - hopes she receives some invites to events next summer, but worries her friends may forget about her.
She said: "Yay! I get my summers back and have a life again. Ooh, I can have barbecues and go out to dinner parties. I hope I do get invited out again and people won't just assume I'm not around.
"For 13 weeks of summer I get invited to nothing. I can't wait. I can even go on holiday."
Davina was devastated when she first heard the popular programme was coming to an end and burst into tears.
She stated in Now magazine: "I was gutted when I first heard and cried for ages, but now I've realised it's ok really.
"I always thought it would've been one of those shows that would go on forever."
Despite having more time on her hands next summer, Davina - who already has three children with husband of 10 years Matthew Robertson - has no more plans to extend her brood.
She explained: "No more babies. We're happy with our three. I'm way beyond doing that anymore!"
