Dannii Minogue has the X Factor
Dannii Minogue will return to the judging panel on 'The X Factor', with stand-ins used while she is in Australia following the birth of her first child
Dannii Minogue will be returning to 'The X Factor'.
The Australian singer will miss out on the audition stage of the talent contest due to her giving birth to her first baby in July, but will appear at the live finals of the show, bringing her partner Kris Smith and her newborn with her.
A source told the Mirror: "Last year Dannii completely shone on the show. She is over the moon that she'll be back and she'll be brining Kris and the baby with her.
"Kris has a lot of engagements still in Australia, but they will make it work."
It is believed she will earn around £700,000 for her role.
As well as appearing at the live shows, she has also signed on to take part in the judges' houses rounds alongside Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole.
While Dannii is not in auditions, stand-ins will be used, with rumours of Spice Girl Mel B and pop star Robbie Williams due to take a spot on the judging panel.
However, Dannii's older sister Kylie will not be making an appearance, recently claiming she was too busy with the release of her new album 'Aphrodite' to work on the show.
