Glee dinner lady Susan Boyle?
'Britain's Got Talent' star Susan Boyle has been asked to play a dinner lady in 'Glee'
Susan Boyle is set to play a dinner lady in 'Glee'.
The 'Britain's Got Talent' star is being lined up by the show's creator Ryan Murphy to play a McKinley High School lunch lady who needs to be made over by flamboyant character Kurt - played by Chris Colfer.
Ryan revealed: "I have two words for you: 'Lunch. Lady.' I think Kurt would just die to give her a Christmas makeover. I don't know if she's interested but it's been pitched."
The role was originally expected to be played by singer-and-actress Jennifer Lopez, but she was forced to pull out of the musical teen drama because of her hectic work schedule.
Susan reached worldwide fame last year after she came second on the reality talent show and became an overnight internet sensation when clips of her singing 'I Dreamed a Dream' appeared on YouTube.
While lots of stars are keen to appear on the hit US series, bosses are desperate to get Susan to replicate her famous performance for the show.
A source said: "A lot of famous stars are queuing up to appear but they want Susan to sing 'I Dreamed a Dream'."
Susan is currently signed to US record label Columbia, which is the same as the cast of the show, and it is hoped she could appear on an upcoming album released by the stars of the show.
