Louis Walsh is convinced Simon Cowell will never quit 'Britain's Got Talent'.
The boy band manager - who stepped in and replaced the music mogul on the variety show when he was off ill with flu - doesn't believe Simon will ever reduce his role on the programme, regardless of what he suggests.
He said: "Simon says these things every year but you'll find he will be sitting there next year with that same hairdo, the same T-shirt. The teeth will be even whiter but he will be there next year."
This news comes shortly after Simon - who is currently setting up the US version of 'X Factor' for 2011 - claimed he would be too busy to sit on the panel with Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan for the British show next year.
He said: "I won't be doing the 'Britain's Got Talent' auditions next year. I will join the show at the semi-final stage. I will eventually leave but nothing is decided yet. We launch US 'X Factor' next year too which is a huge challenge."
