Victoria Beckham for Glee?
Producers of 'Glee' are said to be desperate for Victoria Beckham to make a guest appearance in the musical TV phenomenon
Victoria Beckham is set to star in 'Glee'.
Producers of the musical TV phenomenon are keen for the former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer - who is also known as Posh - to appear in the show because they know how popular she is with their audience.
A source said: "The Madonna episode of 'Glee' was such a success, executives want to feature Posh. She's much more po-faced, but she's a gay icon.
"They reckon she'll go down a storm."
Madonna recently praised the US musical drama series for their 'Power of Madonna' episode, a special show which included covers of nine of her hit records, in which arrogant cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) mimics the songstress with a rendition of 'Vogue'.
Another star keen for a guest role in 'Glee' is Jennifer Lopez , who "offered" herself up for a part to one the show's producers.
She said: "I was like, 'Yeah, yeah whatever. I'm a huge fan. Whenever you want... I'm good.' I kind of offered myself up."
If she does appear on the show, it is thought the 40-year-old star would play a cafeteria lady at fictional school McKinley High, with her character being given a makeover from Chris Colfer's character Kurt Hummel.
