The butcher - who is portrayed by Craig Gazey - is left horrified when hairdresser Natasha Blakeman (Rachel Leskovac) walks in on him giving David Platt (Jack P. Shepherd) a massage to ease his painful shoulder.
David can be heard groaning: "Oh yeah. That's really nice. Rub a bit lower. rub a bit lower."
Bursting in, Natasha tells them: "You don't have to explain anything to me boys.
"I'm very broadminded about these things. Don't knock it until you've tried it, that's my philosophy."
Horrified David runs out of the house, while Graeme is desperate to show he is straight - and beds Tina (Michelle Keegan) within hours.
After weeks of flirting, the pretty shop worker comes on to her pal and afterwards asks him: "Did you like it?"
When Graeme can only nod his head in response, the brunette beauty laughs, telling him: "I'll take that as a yes then."
