Helen Flanagan - who plays Rosie Webster in 'Coronation Street' - has signed a 12-month extension to her contract
Helen Flanagan has signed a new 'Coronation Street' contract.
The 20-year-old actress - who plays Weatherfield minx Rosie Webster - has reportedly agreed to stay with the soap for another 12 months after finalising a new deal with show bosses earlier this week.
The actress is said to have told pals she is "dead excited" by her contract.
Meanwhile, Rachel Leskovac, who plays hairdresser Natasha Blakeman, will be written out of the show in "dramatic circumstances" later this year.
Series producer Phil Collinson said: "Rachel is a really talented actress who has been an asset to the show. Her character will be involved in an exciting and dramatic storyline which will be an integral part of the build-up to 'Coronation Street's 50th anniversary.
"She will leave behind a trail of devastation - a real testament to the impact Rachel as Natasha has had on many lives in our community. We wish her much success for the future."
