Jack Tweed's friend claims the women accusing them both of raping her invited him to join in as Tweed had sex with her, a court heard yesterday (22.04.10).

Anthony Davis alleges the 20-year-old student beckoned for him as she romped with Jade Goody's widow at his flat in Repton Park, Woodford Green, Essex, as well as giving Davis oral sex.

Discussing the incident - which took place on September 4 last year - Davis said he went into Tweed's bedroom and saw them in the middle of a sex session.

He added to the court: "She was leaning her head back and looking directly at me. She extended her right arm, not fully, towards the back of the bed. I undone my trousers and came another step closer and she put her hand on my penis."

Asked why he entered the room, he replied: "I suppose I was enjoying it."

However, prosecutor Linda Strudwick suggested Davis, 26, had "grabbed" the alleged victim before calling in 22-year-old Tweed.

The jury at Snaresbrook Crown Court were also told how the alleged victim wanted to stay the night at Tweed's home after reportedly having sex with the club promoter twice and giving Davis oral sex.

A female friend of Tweed's told how she heard the student - who was 19 at the time of the incident - talking to friends shortly after she had allegedly been raped.

She said: "She was talking to her friends saying that she didn't want to go, she didn't have work tomorrow. But her friend was driving and she had to go home."

The student and three female friends met Tweed and Davis at London's Embassy nightclub, before returning to the club promoter's flat to continue partying.

Tweed denies two counts of rape, and estate agent Davis denies one charge or oral rape.

The trial continues.
