Vinnie Jones has just finished filming a pilot episode for his new US show 'The Cape'.
The British footballer-turned-actor - who is known for playing hardman roles on the big screen - is thrilled with the expensive action-hero show and is convinced it will be a hit.
He said: "I think it's the second highest budget for a pilot of all time, it's like £10million or something.
"I've just finished the pilot actually, it's an action hero TV show for NBC and I think I wore myself out there all week."
The prospective show also stars 'ER' actor David Lyon as a policeman who is set up for a crime he didn't commit and has to take on a masked hero in a bid to clear his name.
He explained: "I play Scales, I have all this stuff on my face and it is really good!"
Now the pilot episode has been filmed, the 45-year-old actor - who lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tanya and her grown-up daughter Kaley, from a previous relationship - is preparing to start work on his upcoming movie 'The Irishman'.
He added: "I'm going down to New Orleans probably on Tuesday to do a movie with Christian Slater and Val Kilmer, so I'm busy."
