Jesse James in rehab
Sandra Bullock's estranged husband Jesse James has gone to rehab amid reports he is receiving help for sex addiction
Jesse James has gone to rehab.
Sandra Bullock's estranged husband - who has allegedly cheated on the Oscar-winning actress with at least four other women - is believed to have checked himself into a rehabilitation centre to receive treatment for sex addiction.
His representative confirmed he had been admitted to a facility, but refused to specify where he was staying or what he was receiving help for.
The rep' told People: "Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues. He realised that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."
A source added that it was "100 per cent his own idea".
However, gossip website TMZ claims the West Coast Choppers owner is staying at the Sierra Tucson rehab centre in Arizona - which specialises in drug, alcohol and sex addictions - and spent time with a therapist last night (30.03.10).
The site reported: "A TMZ producer called Sierra Tucson and spoke with a therapist, who told us Jesse was at the facility and in fact had a 6pm treatment on Tuesday night (30.03.10)."
Sandra announced she was divorcing Jesse yesterday, just weeks after tattoo model Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee claimed she and Jesse had an 11-month affair.
It is believed Jesse's rehab stay is a last-ditch attempt to save his marriage.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "He offered to go to the same rehab centre that golfer Tiger Woods went to if Sandra would support him and stick with him. She said 'no', and that basically he's the scum of the earth."
Meanwhile, a photograph of Jesse giving a Nazi salute has emerged.
The controversial image shows the tattooed biker wearing a SS officer's hat - part of the outfit worn by the Schutzstaffel, a special division of the Nazi army during World War II - whilst holding two fingers to his mouth and pointing his other arm in the air.
Us Weekly magazine has gained a copy of the picture which was apparently taken at a party in 2004.
