Joseph Fiennes reads for fans
Fans of Joseph Fiennes can now log on to a new website and be personally read to by the 'Shakespeare in Love' star
Joseph Fiennes has started reading to his fans.
The handsome actor has teamed up with Carte Noire to record a host of private readings from a selection of English literary classics, including Jane Austen's 'Sense and Sensibility', and modern bestsellers such as Nick Hornby's 'About a Boy'.
To see Joseph swoon his way through specially selected passages from the tomes - published by Penguin - for Carte Noire Readers fans can log on to www.cartenoire.co.uk
Joseph said: "With novelists in the family, reading is part of my DNA and with the Carte Noire Readers the hard work is done so you can just dip into some of the best bits whenever you have ten minutes to spare.
"I have a great appreciation for a wide range of genres but for me you can't beat the intensity of the classics. This campaign has inspired me to go back and read Charles Dickens' 'Little Dorrit' in full."
The 'Shakespeare in Love' star recently admitted he is obsessed with coffee and can't get started in the morning until he has had his favourite caffeinated beverage.
He explained: "Coffee is my big vice. I don't know what I'd do without it. I know I should cut back but it's the one thing that gets me out of bed - I need to be up around 5am for shooting."
