Jack Tweed has been arrested over allegations of sexual assault on a teenage girl.
The 21-year-old nightclub promoter is being questioned by police after a 19-year-old girl claimed he tried to assault her at his home in the early hours of this morning (04.09.09).
Officers reportedly arrested Tweed at his home in Repton Park, Essex before taking him for questioning at an East London police station.
It is believed Tweed met the girl at Mayfair's exclusive Embassy nightclub last night (03.09.09) and invited her back to his house.
Another man - believed to be events promoter Ashley Rubin, a friend of Tweed - was also arrested.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "A female in her late teens made an allegation of sexual assault this morning. The alleged incident occurred in the Redbridge area in the early hours.
"Two men in their twenties have been arrested in connection with the inquiry which is ongoing. Redbridge CID is dealing with the investigation."
Tweed has come under fire for his behavior since his wife, ‘Big Brother' star Jade Goody died of cancer in March.
He was photographed partying days after her funeral and missed a memorial party to host a club night in Brentwood, Essex.
He was then the subject of a kiss-and-tell story after a one night stand with a glamour model, and was also evicted from a luxury batchelor pad in Essex after a number of wild parties.
Jack was also freed from jail in May after serving six weeks of a 12-week sentence for assaulting a taxi driver.
