The Breeders

Kim Deal is an indie rock legend. Bassist in The Pixies, one of the most influential bands of the 80s/90s, she went on to form The Breeders back in 1988, originally with Throwing Muses’ Tanya Donelly, later replaced by Kim’s twin sister Kelley before the release of 1993’s Last Splash featuring the sublime ‘Cannonball’. They may not have been the most prolific band in the world (with only three albums since Last Splash) but it’s always a joy to see such a master of her art, particularly in such an intimate setting.

The Breeders

Over-14s show. With no sign of that Pixies album, bassist Kim Deal has turned her attention back to her own band, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Last Splash album.
