‘A Night in Harlem’ swing dance party

The last great era of economic woe saw the stricken take up the Jitterbug to dance away their troubles. Stop credit crunching and start lindy hopping in this Oxjam evening of swing featuring live music, lessons for beginners and a competition which includes some of the country’s top dancers and quality prizes - all in a very good cause.

A Night in Harlem

A night of 20s and 30s style jazz and dancing from the Diminished 5th, Caledonian Swing Cats as well as Charleston dance comps, swing dance lessons (at 7.30pm), prizes and more all raising funds for Oxjam.
