Mark Ruffalo's brother killer found?
A suspect linked to the death of Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott is to be arrested for murder, gossip website TMZ has claimed
A suspect linked to the death of Mark Ruffalo's brother is to be arrested for murder, it has been claimed.
The name of the suspect is yet to be released, but law enforcement officers are reportedly planning to arrest someone in connection with the death of Scott next month.
Gossip website TMZ claim that the unidentified person will be charged with murder once they are apprehended.
Scott died in hospital earlier this month after being discovered in his Beverly Hills apartment with a gunshot wound to his head.
In was initially claimed his death was a result of a game of Russian roulette, but a coroner has since ruled Scott was murdered.
Shortly after the shooting, police began speaking to "person of interest" Shaha Mishaal Adham, who was on the surveillance video at the Scott's home.
Adham admitted leaving the scene following the death after collecting a set of car keys and was cleared of all charges.
She claims Scott's death was a result of a lethal game of chance gone wrong, and her lawyer Ronald Richards has disputed the coroner's verdict.
Richards said at the time: "The only two eye witnesses to the shooting saw the same thing, a gunshot wound to the left side of the head, while one of them saw him pull the trigger.
"They saw the gun in his left hand after the shot was fired."
