Anna Friel no LA stereotype
British actress Anna Friel has vowed not to slim down after moving to Los Angeles to continue starring in US TV show 'Pushing Daisies'
Anna Friel has vowed not to slim down to fit in to Los Angeles.
The British actress - who moved to the US city to star in TV show 'Pushing Daisies' - has no intention of losing her womanly curves.
She said: "I'm not going to come to Los Angeles and be anorexic. I've still got shape. I eat healthily because that's how I was brought up - I never reach for the Cocoa Puffs breakfast cereal in the morning."
Anna, 32, admits she finds it difficult to incorporate vegetables into her diet so juices everything.
She explained: "I'm really, really bad at eating vegetables, and I know by juicing them you don't get the fibre, but at least I'll get my vitamin intake."
The actress - who lives in Los Angeles with her boyfriend David Thewlis and their three-year-old daughter Gracie - is also unsure whether she will return to the UK when 'Pushing Daisies' comes to an end.
She told America's Page Six magazine: "You know, I'd always thought we'd go back, but David and I had that conversation the other day asking, 'What happens if 'Pushing Daisies' doesn't continue - would we go back then?'
"I'm really settled so now I'm not sure. I think my life has sent me in this direction and that I should be here."
