The Jonas Brothers want to record a song with Britney Spears.

The American band - who were in London, England, last night (10.09.08) for the European premiere of their new Disney Channel Original Movie 'Camp Rock' - admit they would love to be given the chance to collaborate with the talented singer.

When asked if they would like to work with Britney, the band's lead singer Joe Jonas - who stars as troubled rock star Shane Gray in the film - replied: "Oh yeah, that would be crazy!"

Guitar player Nick Jonas added: "We met Britney at the MTV Video Music Awards recently and that was great."

The band's third member Kevin told BANG Showbiz: "We actually lost against Britney in the category we were nominated in at the awards. To lose against Britney Spears was an honour!"

The group - who appear in the movie as boy band Connect 3 - were among the hoards of celebrities who flocked to London's Royal Festival Hall to catch a glimpse of the film ahead of its broadcast on Disney Channel UK on September 19 at 6pm.

Demi Lovato - who plays talented teenager Mitchie Torres, who visits Camp Rock to realise her full music potential, in the film - was honoured to be present at such a prestigious premiere.

She said: "This is my first visit to London and it's beyond my wildest dreams to see kids and parents here, and all over the world, connect to this movie and its music. It's all been an amazing experience."

It was recently announced the Jonas Brothers will appear again in 'Camp Rock 2', which is set to begin production in summer 2009. The sequel will also feature an appearance by the band's younger sibling Frankie Jonas - affectionately known as the 'Bonus Jonas' by fans.
