The art rock band will be playing tracks off their new album Bright Magic
Public Service Broadcasting has announced a slew of shows across the UK this October and November, calling at Cardiff, Brighton, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow and more. Tickets are on sale now.
The art rock four-piece were founded in 2009 with the aim of 'teaching the lessons of the past through the music of the future', and they've done just that with their albums Inform-Educate-Entertain, which utilised archival footage from British Film Institute, StudioCanal and American public information; The Race for Space, which explored the rivalry between the Americans and the Soviets in space exploration; and Every Valley, which explored the rise and fall of coal mining in Wales, and the life of the mining communities in the area.
Their latest album Bright Magic on the historical, mythical, cultural and political dimensions of Berlin, where guitarist J. Willgoose, Esq. lived from 2019 to 2020.
