BB warns Bullies
Big Brother warned Darnell and Rex to quit their bullying after receiving 1,500 viewer complaints. The bullies - who reduced sexy Aussie Sara to tears with their sexist jibes - were warned they will be kicked out if their behaviour continues.
Each housemate was called into the Diary Room individually.
Big Brother told Darnell: "As you are aware, Big Brother will intervene if a housemate behaves in a way Big Brother can consider inappropriate, including bullying."
Darnell asked: "So, basically because I called Sara ugly the other day?"
Big Brother asked the songwriter why he had treated his formerly close friend so badly.
He answered: "I feel she represents my life on the outside world with women in general.
"I'm definitely disappointed in the way I have behaved, but I'm always disappointed in the way I behave. My bad, I'm sorry."
Darnell relayed the seriousness of Big Brother's chat, comparing himself to bully Alexandra, who was booted out for threatening other housemates.
He said: "I was damn near given my suitcase. That was like an Alex talk, dude. It was grim."
Big Brother had a similar chat with Rex.
Rex said: "Yesterday, Sara knew I was only playing with her. I made it very clear. I didn't even have to say it to her.
"I hate bullies. I would never bully someone. I meant it as a joke.
"I am sarcastic and throw silly comments out and I can see how it may be seen as unacceptable. But I think it only got heated after Darnell got involved."
