'Dancing On Ice' star Denise van Outen admits her neighbours give her "strange looks" since Matt Evers moved in
Denise van Outen is worried her neighbours think she's in a "throuple".
The 'Dancing On Ice' star admitted she's had some funny looks since moving her pro skater partner Matt Evers into her home with her boyfriend Eddie Boxshall while they train for the ITV show.
As quoted by The Sun newspaper, she said: "Matt has obviously moved in with us and been living with us.
"We have taken our friendship to another level. We have now become a throuple.
"I'm living with two guys and we can get a lot of strange looks from the neighbours who can't quite work out what's going on. I always leave with a smile on my face."
The 46-year-old actress knew Matt before they were paired up, and she was happy to let him stay after he was left on his own during the pandemic.
She explained: "Unfortunately for him he wasn't able to go back to the States and see his friends and family because of lockdown.
"He was living on his own and felt really lonely. He really struggled in the first lockdown so I said why doesn't he come and live with us because we've got enough room here and it's been really lovely.
"We have formed a really lovely friendship. My daughter adores him, they're always in the other room doing TikToks together. Eddie gets on great with him.
"So whatever happens, whether I go out early on or do manage to go the distance, which is unlikely, then I will always look back with really fond memories.
"We have shared some special moments together as a family."
Meanwhile, Denise admitted she is going to ask Joe Swash – who won the competition last year alongside pro partner Alex Murphy – for tips.
Asked whether she knew anyone who had participated in the past, she recently said: "Yes! Reigning champion Joe Swash so I will be hitting up Swashy for some tips."
