Sir Mo Farah has been giving AJ Pritchard running advice.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' pro is training to run a half marathon this year and he has been taking on some words of wisdom from the Olympian, who he developed a bromance with on 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!'.
He said: "I am going to get to a half marathon. Me and Mo, he's going to help me out, and we have been talking quite a lot.
"At the moment I'm at about 8km and I think I need to get up to about 23 or 24km for a half, I don't know the maths exactly."
However, AJ admitted he is not a big fan of running and his knee is already hurting after his sessions this month.
Speaking on his and his brother Curtis Pritchard's podcast 'AJ vs Curtis', AJ said: "I want to try to run a half marathon. I hate running.
"My left knee is hurting quite a lot."
Curtis said: "You've gone too hard too quick."
AJ recently revealed Mo gifted him a friendship bracelet when they left the castle.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I've even got a bracelet. A Union Jack bracelet he gave me. So we've got the same bracelets from Kenya, which is really cute."
The pro dancer has praised his pal – who won gold in the 5,000m and 10,000m at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics – as a "great role model".
He added: "He's just so nice, so normal, and so thankful for everything he's achieved.
"I don't think it was shown but we spoke so much about the way he got to where he was, his running, and my dancing.
"It was just really nice.
"He was just really helpful in the castle. And on the outside, he's just a great role model for everyone."
