Former 'Love Island' star Curtis Pritchard is planning to mediate for "at least 20 minutes every day" this year, and he is hoping to become more self-confident in 2021

Curtis Pritchard is planning to mediate for "at least 20 minutes every day" this year.

The former 'Love Island' star wants to be able to "ground and settle" himself a lot more in 2021, and he is hoping to become "more self-confident" this year.

He said: "My new year's resolution is to try to back myself more, get more self-confidence and to try to meditate for at least 20 minutes every single day.

"Or if I can't do that, do a bit of yoga to focus on my breathing and to ground myself and settle myself a lot more.

"And to realise that if I'm doing something and it's wrong, it isn't the end of the world.

"Because I always overthink things.

"If you can ground yourself and become more self-confident and back all your decisions, then whatever you're doing in life you're just going to be able to do it even better."

Curtis' brother AJ Pritchard joked: "Did someone get you a self-help book for Christmas?"

Former 'Strictly Come Dancing' dancer AJ is also setting out to learn a new skill in 2021 – juggling, ahead of the pair's own variety show, 'AJ and Curtis' A Big Night Out', later this year.

Speaking on their 'AJ vs Curtis' podcast, he added: "I'm going to start implementing one or two tricks or things that I want to do on our tour later this year.

"Like juggling. I saw this guy on Instagram do this hilarious juggling act and I thought that would be sick to do that.

"I'm going to make myself be able to juggle."
