Luisa Bradshaw-White has teased she has some "new projects" lined up for 2021, and has thanked fans for their love and support following her 'EastEnders' departure
Luisa Bradshaw-White is "so touched" by all the love she has received following her 'EastEnders' exit – and she has teased fans about her "new projects".
The 46-year-old actress bowed out of BBC One soap this week when her character Tina Carter was killed by evil Gray Atkins (Toby-Alexander Smith), and she has penned a hand-written note to thank viewers for all their support following her seven-year stint on the show.
The note, which she shared on Instagram, read: "Thank you so much for all the lovely comments you have gone out of your way to write about this week’s EastEnders!
"I have LOVED every second of working there and playing Tina Carter. I am so touched by all the LOVE.
"I wish you ALL the wonderful end to the very strange year of 2020 (the year the world stood still!) and a HAPPY, FREE & ADVENTUROUS 2021.
"So excited to tell you about my new project :)
"I love you guys (sic)"
Luisa added the caption: "Love you all. Thanku so much in supporting me in moving on... can’t wait to reveal all my new projects for 2021 (sic)"
The former 'Bad Girls' actress recently admitted her 'EastEnders' exit felt "bittersweet" because she has loved portraying Tina over the years.
She said: "It's a little bit bittersweet because Tina is a character I have invested a lot in and a character that I really love, so to see that end is quite sad.
"When you do an acting job you usually know the ending, this is the only job where you don't really know the ending, it's quite a strange experience."
