According to Amy Hart, she mistakenly thought Curtis Pritchard "hated" her after their 'Love Island' stint
Amy Hart thought Curtis Pritchard "hated" her after their 'Love Island' experience.
The blonde beauty dated Curtis, 24, during the 2019 series, but following their dramatic split, Amy mistakenly thought Curtis held a grudge against her.
Amy told the 'Thank You Next' podcast: "Me and Curtis saw each other out clubbing.
"It was the first time we saw each other out and I had quite a few wines. And it was sort of, it was what I needed to hear because I was like, 'I know you probably think I’m a really bad person.'
"He was like, 'I don't think you're a bad person.' I was like, 'Oh okay, cool, thank you. That's all I needed to hear.' Because I thought that he hated me.
"So the fact that he was like, no, Amy, I don't think you're a bad person at all. Like, it's fine. I know you're a good person and you're a genuine person. I understand more now that we've come out, how genuine you actually were. I was like, 'Oh, okay.'"
Amy also revealed she was warned that her fame wouldn't last after leaving the 'Love Island' villa.
She shared: "Everyone said to me, from literally the day I got home, 'Well yeah, make the most of it because like it'll be over soon, yeah you gotta really milk it. Cos you've only got a year' and they said that really gleefully.
"They're like, 'Yeah because obviously it's not gonna last forever, is it? So ... you know you gotta make the most of it. Amy, are you making the most of it though because, you know, are you actually earning money?'
"But yes, people are very gleefully like, 'Oh it, it won't last.' I just think so then I spent the first six months of my sort of post 'Love Island' career worrying about when it was going to be over. And I didn't enjoy anything."
