Bonnie Anderson has bought her first home.
The 'Neighbours' actress – who has portrayed Bea Nilsson on the Channel 5 soap since 2018 – is "extremely happy" after she splashed out on a new pad "all on [her] own".
She wrote on Instagram: "I’ve dreamt of doing this for a very long time and I finally did it, I bought my first home all on my own YAY!!!!
"And of course I had to be a nerd burger and take lots of pics! Just a extremely happy lass (sic)"
Several of her famous pals congratulated the 26-year-old actress on the achievement, including singer Dannii Minogue, whose sister Kylie Minogue portrayed Charlene Robinson on the soap.
Dannii – who played Emma Jackson on rival Australian soap 'Home and Away' in the 1980s – posted: "Congratulations this is such an exciting moment that you will never forget (sic)"
TV personality Angie Kent wrote: "So proud of you baby!! I’m currently searching and it’s the best feeling to know you can do it all on your own!! Gal power. love ya and so stoked for you xxxx (sic)"
Bonnie shot to fame as the first winner of reality TV show 'Australia's Got Talent' in 2007 aged 12, and the star admitted last year she finds it "crazy" juggling her singing career with her soap work.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she joked: "I never sleep, you know ... no, not really, but it is crazy and that's how I like to live my life.
"I'm a bit of a jack-in-the-box. My whole life I've been gigging and singing, and travelling and all of that stuff.
"It's been really nice to be able to separate the two and do the show.
"We do long hours on the show, it's very, very long. But you just have to make it work. You go home and you just keep working."
