Duran Duran formed in Birmingham in the late '70s and the band went on to be one of the most successful groups of the '80s. They achieved 14 singles in the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart and have sold over 100 million records worldwide. Major hits from the group include 'Girls On Film', 'Come Undone', 'Rio' and 'Ordinary World'. Since then the four-piece have released fourteen studio albums, the most recent of which, titled Paper Gods, came out in 2015.

Duran Duran celebrates their 40th anniversary with this special outdoor concert date which will be their first London show in five years. Support for the show comes from the legendary music and cultural icons Grace Jones and Nile Rodgers with Chic.

The British Summer Time concert series returns in 2021 for its eighth instalment, during which Duran Duran joins the bill alongside fellow headline acts Pearl Jam, with more acts to be confirmed throughout the year
