Location revealed for the sixth instalment of 6 Music Festival
The BBC 6 Music Festival returns for its sixth year and is heading for Camden for the 2020 adition. BBC 6 Music Festival runs Fri 6–Sun 8 March 2020 at various venues around the city. Tickets go on sale on Fri 24 Jan following the lineup announcement on Tue 21 Jan.
The popular radio channel launched the festival in 2014. Changing location each year the festival has previously made a mark on Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol, Glasgow and Liverpool transforming the cities into vibrant music hubs.
In 2020 Camden venues will host over 35 gigs. Each day of the event is split into three parts, By Day, By Night and Late.

In 2019 the lineup included Anna Calvi, The Coral, Julian Cope and Skinny Plumber taking the day shift, the likes of Jon Hopkins, Hot Chip and many more take festival goers into the night. Lates were suitably reserved for DJ sets from big hitters like 2ManyDJs and Erol Alkan
The weekend will be broadcast over the airwaves as it happens and those who can't attend can watch via the BBC iPlayer.
