Rex' Rachel vex

Rex

Rex was furious when his team lost the Bake London challenge last night, and took his frustration out on Rachel. Earlier in the day, Rachel decided the hellish housemates had won the task - which saw those in Hell try to bake a cake which looked like the Millennium Dome while those in heaven attempted St Paul's Cathedral - which outraged heavenly Rex.

The chef refused to accept Rachel's decision, adding he thought she had lied about Hell's cake tasting better and only made them the winners because she felt sorry for them.

He said: "I wouldn't have minded for her to stand there and say 'I'm giving it Hell'. But for her to stand there and lie to everyone that it was about the cake."

Rex' irritation was cemented later in the day when it transpired the Heaven and Hellmates were swapping sides, meaning he was being separated from his girlfriend Nicole for another week.

Making sure Rachel could hear, he fumed: "What a s**t day. That was outrageous. I feel like I've been f***ing robbed. Absolutely out-f***ing-rageous.

"It wasn't even a valiant effort from Hell. They scooped it onto a plate and threw the rest of the decorations on top. That s**t makes me not wanna be here."

After listening in silence, Rachel offered to go to the Diary Room with Rex so he could argue the contest should have been judged on the cakes' appearances, not their taste.

Rex replied: "No, Rachel. I don't particularly want to talk to you."

Later, he moaned at Mohamed and Nicole: "I can't stand Rachel. What a pile of s**t. "
