Mick Hucknall and the gang will perform in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff and more
Simply Red, led by frontman Mick Hucknall, announced news of their latest album Blue Eyed Soul earlier this year. The new record will be the group's first since 2015's Big Love. The two-disc record leads with ten original tracks with five bonus tracks on disc two. The record will be released on Fri 8 Nov and is available for pre-order on CD and Vinyl now. A special limited-edition deluxe copy signed by Mick is also available.
Since 1985's debut release Picture Book, Simply Red have had ten songs reach the top 10 in the UK Singles Chart, including 'Holding Back the Years' and 'If You Don't Know Me by Now'. With a discography twelve records deep Hucknall and the gang show no signs of wavering anytime soon.
The 11-date tour kicks off at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle on Tue 6 Oct before the band perform a hometown gig at Manchester Arena on Sat 17 Oct. The tour comes to a close on Fri 23 Oct at Bournemouth International Centre.
