Manchester indie rockers set to support their new album with February shows
The 1975 have announced an 11-date UK arena tour for 2020. Tickets for the shows are available at 9am on Fri 20 Sep.
The 1975 is made up of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Matthew Healy, lead guitarist Adam Hann, bassist Ross MacDonald, and drummer George Daniel. Since forming in 2002 the group have released two studio albums. Their second album I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful yet So Unaware of It won Best Album at the 2006 Q awards. They have since gone on to win numerous NME awards including Best Track and Best Live Band.
The group released their third album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships in 2018 ahead of their early 2019 tour. The record reached No.1 in the UK. Now the group are back with their highly-anticipated fourth release Notes on a Conditional Form. The record, which is due for release on Fri 21 Feb, is available for pre-order now.
