Bloc Party take Silent Alarm show on short UK tour, here's how to get tickets

2005's iconic album will be performed in full in Bristol, Brighton, Manchester and Glasgow

Bloc Party have announced they will take their special Silent Alarm show around the UK for four dates this summer. Just last October the band performed the album in full in London and on a European tour and due to this success will now perform the iconic album in Bristol, Brighton, Manchester and Glasgow. Tickets for all dates other than Bristol will be available from 9:30am on Fri 25 Jan. Tickets for the Bristol date are available from on sale at Thu 31 Jan.

Released in 2005, Silent Alarm quickly received critical and commercial success. The record achieved multi-platinum status, bagged the group a Mercury Prize nomination and has been donned as one of the most influential albums on the early 00s. Hit singles from the record include 'So Here We Are/Positive Tension', 'Banquet', 'Pioneers', 'Two More Years' and 'Helicopter'.

Members Kele Okereke, Russell Lissac, Justin Harris and Louise Bartle will play the seminal album in full this summer.

Tickets for Bloc Party in Bristol are available on Thu 24 Jan. Tickets for all other shows go on sale at 9:30am on Fri 25 Jan.
