Orbital announce new album and live shows for 2018, get presale tickets

Paul and Phil Hartnoll will release Monsters Exist in September and will play shows in London and Cambridge before Christmas

Celebrating the news that they're releasing a new album in the Autumn, Orbital have announced two new UK tour dates for 2018 in London and Cambridge. Presale tickets for the shows go on sale through O2 priority at 10am on Wed 16 May. The Ticketmaster presale begins at 10am on Thu 17 May, with the general sale starting on Friday.

The electronic duo made up of Paul and Phil Hartnoll returned from a five-year hiatus in 2017, 'here's hope they don't split up again', we said. They haven't, and have announced a new album titled Monsters Exist is to be released on Fri 14 Sep. It's the duo's first album in six years, and they've released a video for lead single 'Tiny Foldable Cities'.

The shows take place at London's Eventim Apollo on Sat 15 Dec, and then at Cambridge Corn Exchange on Wed 19 Dec. Fans can expect to hear the likes of 'Satan', Halcyon' 'The Box' and 'Illuminate', alongside new material.
