Theatre, exhibitions, sweetie workshops and more to keep the kids busy over the holidays

The Easter feast has been consumed, the chocolate eggs hunted down … so now what? If you're at a loss of what to do with your kids over the rest of the Easter holidays, we've got you covered. From sherbet-making workshops to a cryptic Mission Impossible at the Houses of Parliament, these fun activities for the whole family will make the rest of the holiday fly by – we promise.

Easter School
Wired Aerial Theatre transforms The Higher Space into an enchanting woodland area for kids to explore, with silks, hoops, trapeze and cargo nests for them to climb and play in. The Little Matchgirl
Break out the handkerchiefs for this retelling of Hans Christian Anderson's soul-crushingly sad The Little Match Girl. With every match she strikes, a new story is conjured, and the audience is transported through Anderson's other, happier tales like Thumbelina and The Princess and the Pea in a dazzling display of puppetry. Unlock Parliament
Venture into the hallowed Houses of Parliament and unlock a series of mind-boggling puzzles to help the mysterious 'Agent N' turn a bill into law. Lewis Carroll's beloved children's classic is brought to life in this special exhibition featuring works by 72 international artists on the tea party theme. Easter Sessions: Myths & Legends
Develop your child's budding thespian talents and witness the process of putting on a play from script to stage. Performing a condensed version of Macbeth, the young actors, scriptwriters and set designers will gain hands-on experience of the collaborative work that goes on behind the curtain. Sweet Science Workshop

Fishy Fun
