Finlaystone Country Estate

Finlaystone Country Estate is an established visitor attraction managed by the family of the Chief of the Clan MacMillan. The estate is located just ten minutes west of Glasgow Airport and is open all year. With its spectacular views across the Firth of Clyde, Finlaystone offers colourful gardens, imaginative woodland play areas, BBQ sites and picnic areas, events and tumbling waterfalls. The estate combines history with adventure in a fun day out for the family.

Step back in time and uncover its secrets. Located in the walled garden is the Tearoom, which is managed by a local caterer and offers hot and cold snacks, a range of healthy meals and home cooking together with a selection of beverages and children portions.

'The Eye Opener’ Visitor Centre houses exhibitions about the estate, a gift shop offering a variety of related gifts suitable for all ages, an international collection of dolls in the 'Dolly Mixture' and the Clan MacMillan Centre.
