Positives are great atmosphere and excellent staff with a varied and eclectic crowd.
One thing they could do better though is the music. Why so loud? We go to a pub to chat not to dance and after shouting at each other for an hour we had no choice but to head somewhere more comfortable.
Shame really as apart from that I really like the State, and the selection of guest real ales is always great, as are the very reasonable prices.
