Fife – and, indeed, one of Scotland’s – best-known craft bakers, Fisher & Donaldson have shops in St Andrews, Cupar and Dundee, as well as a shop and café attached to their main production unit just to the south of Cupar’s town centre. The range is huge, from traditional Scots’ teatime treats to continental patisserie, with space for chocolates, special-occasion treats and award-winning pies.
