Rooms are equipped with complimentary wi-fi access, hair-dryers, telephones and flat-screen television. Our restaurant offers contemporary Scottish cuisine featuring the best of local produce. Locally sourced beef, game and fish along with locally grown fresh seasonal produce and herbs are the prime focus of our menus. Our chef, Simon Bushby, offers unique dining experiences that draw on his creativity and passion for food. Using traditional Scottish dishes he pushes the boundaries giving new life and a fresh twist to food in the Highlands. Our cosy Caberfeidh Whisky Bar, as the name suggests, is an ideal spot for gathering at the end of the day or for special whisky tastings from our extensive selection of single malt whiskies. The Haven Hotel is located in Plockton The Jewel of the Highlands, a stunningly beautiful seaside Highland village on the north west coast of Scotland near the Isle of Skye. The village is surrounded by craggy mountains and its climate is tempered year round by the warming effects of the gulf stream. While we rarely have snow in the village itself, the surrounding mountains are often snow-covered in the winter. Summers can be delightful with not too hot days ideal for hiking, climbing and touring. The Haven Hotel and Plockton is an ideal base for touring the region. We have the attractions of Eilean Donan Castle (arguably the most photographed castle in Scotland), Armadale Castle, the seat of Clan MacDonald and further up on the Isle of Skye Dunvegan Castle. Also nearby, at Glenelg, are the well-preserved remains of two iron-age brochs (2000 year old tribal dwellings).
