Clementine of Broughty Ferry

Started by local mums Jan McTaggart and Carole Sommerville after the only fruit and veg shop in Broughty Ferry closed down, they now stock some of their favourites beyond this starting point: Your Piece oatcakes, Damn Good sauces and relishes and Summer Harvest oils, for example. They're particularly proud of their pioneering Soup in a Bag concept: a different recipe each week, clipped to a bag of all the ingredients (minus the water).
