Food was good but that was all that was good which was a shame!. Food served in a cold plate - when challenged waitress - defensive about quality of food and referred to giving feedback through website. Waited an age for 2nd drink to be served - waiter had forgotten about it. To crown it all - tried to pay by card - supposedly "declined" twice which was extremely embarassing so paid by alternative card. When checked with card provider, Prezzo had taken the initial payments i.e twice as well as the 3rd payment. When contacted restaurant - asked to come into restaurant with bank statement to receive reimbursement - remembering I would have a round trip of 160 miles to do so! Not impressed
