Hidden away in the depths of Norfolk, the Café at Brovey Lair is a critically acclaimed restaurant serving a seductive menu of fusion cuisine. The Good Food Guide 2009 awarded Chef Tina a 6 for cooking - the highest mark in Norfolk and joint-highest in all of East Anglia. The sleek, uncluttered dining space puts the focus firmly on the intricate four-course set menu, tailored around each diner's food preferences with a bias towards fish and seafood. Signature dishes display an inventive blend of Asian and Mediterranean flavours: examples include teppanyaki monkfish medallions on squid ink noodles and fillets of wild sea bass in kaffir lime and coconut marinade with Nanjing black rice.
