Sister restaurant to the legendary Chelsea restaurant Aubergine in London, Aubergine at the Compleat Angler in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, opened in October 2008 to tremendous praise from local residents and restaurant critics alike.
Serving the classic French haute cuisine that Aubergine is renowned for, Aubergine at the Compleat Angler offers guests an amazing gastronomic experience. Executive Chef Miles Nixon showcases his signature style in preparing exquisite dishes using the finest seasonal ingredients. Amongst a variety of impressive dishes, Aubergine at the Compleat Angler serves a daily roast from a traditional silver carving trolley along with a large selection of French and British cheeses. Boasting an extensive selection of fine and rare wines, Aubergine also offers exceptional vintages and champagnes sourced by the in-house Sommelier. Bespoke menus can be arranged for private dining and a personally tailored seasonal hamper service is also available.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Marlow Weir, Aubergine at the Compleat Angler has been exclusively designed by Mary Morrison Design, and uses luxury fabrics and attention to detail to create an ambience of bringing the outdoors indoors. Whilst seated by the authentic log fireplace, you can catch a glimpse of the food preparation through the kitchen window at the front of the restaurant. With superior and knowledgeable service, Aubergine at the Compleat Angler offers an unrivalled fine dining experience in a polished and elegant setting.
