Executive Head Chef Kevin Levett, formerly of Claridge's in Mayfair and the InterContinental London Park Lane, has a straightforward vision for Artisan Grill, focused on using a wide variety of the finest quality produce available. From the Creekstone Corn Fed Striploin Steak to the Marinated Tiger Prawns, the splendid ingredients give each dish a distinct and natural flavour. This belief that only the best is good enough for its diners is what makes Artisan Grill stand out. The highest quality cuts of meat have been sourced from around the globe, from Kansas to Aberdeen, and the wine list is equally international, offering a selection of whites and reds from Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and North America.
