Aria Restaurant is the Hyatt Regency Birmingham Hotel's cosmopolitan restaurant, offering an eclectic menu that draws on modern European influences. Situated on the main lobby level, the restaurant invites you to enjoy dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner within a spacious and unique glass-roofed atrium.
