The 4.5ha hilltop consists of open heathland with scattered Scots pines. Locally important for butterflies, with fourteen species recorded, including the Green Hairstreak in spring and Scotch Argus in the late summer. On a clear day the stunning view takes in Lochs Tummel and Rannoch and the distant hills of Glencoe.
